Under the cherry blossom tree, how we only understood those words as noises that were said.

‘Writing wrong those games of Whispers’ takes a moment to care for the noises. Those same noises, laden with childhood memories, rightly or wrongly labelled, are put into question from a 15-year perspective.

With time, and travel, through education and experience, the memories hold, do not remain stagnant but translate. This work hopes to create a space where we once again find ourselves under the cherry blossom tree, seeking sense in the strength of connection through word and feeling, so very lost in translation.
